Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind, the process of freeze-drying can take anywhere from 20-40 hours. In case of a delay or extra drying time needed, we allow for a one day buffer. In case of high volume of orders, we will let you know if your order will be affected by a longer delay in process time.

Any shipping delays are out of our control once they leave our location.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, including to the United States.
